According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 169 building permits were issued in January 2012, which was 1.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 412 089 thousand denars, which was 14.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 126 (74.6%) are for buildings, 13 (7.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 30 (17.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 169 structures, for 116 (68.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 53 (31.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 477 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 37 522 m2.
