Issued building permits in September 2010

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 268 building permits were issued in September 2010, which is 13.6% more than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions is 3 059 294 thousand denars, which is 92.4% more than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 221 (82.5%) are for buildings, 13 (4.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 34 (12.7%) are for reconstructions. Of the total of 268 structures, for 215 (80.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 53 (19.8%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 541 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 49 770 m².
