The number of issued building permits in August 2010 increased by 18.7%

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 267 building permits were issued in August 2010, which is 18.7% more than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 2 294 858 thousand denars, which is 43.5% more than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 205 (76.8%) are for buildings, 30 (11.2%) are for civil engineering objects, and 32 (12.0%) are for reconstruction of objects.

Of the total of 267 objects, for 200 (74.9%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 67 (25.1%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 492 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 40 987 m².
