The number of issued building permits in July 2010 decreased by 11.2%

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 230 building permits were issued in July 2010, which is 11.2% less than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 1567528 thousand denars, which is 10.4% less than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 179 (77.8%) are for buildings, 17 (7.4%) are for civil engineering objects, and 34 (14.8%) are for reconstruction of objects.

Of the total of 230 objects, for 186 (80.9%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 44 (19.1%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 410 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 37 900 m².
