According to the data from the State Statstcal Ofce, a total of 256 building permits were issued in December 2011, which was 11.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructons was 1 931 774 thousand denars, which was 45.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 208 (81.2%) are for buildings, 12 (4.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 36 (14.1%) are for reconstructons.
Of the total of 256 structures, for 223 (87.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 33 (12.9%) structures the investors are business enttes.
In the reference period, 618 dwellings are planned for constructon, with total useful foor area of 54 637 m2.
