The number of issued building permits in June 2010 increased by 0.4%

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 253 building permits were issued in June 2010, which is 0.4% more than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 1 498 783 thousand denars, which is 5.3% more than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 182 (71.9%) are for buildings, 28 (11.1%) are for civil engineering objects, and 43 (17.0%) are for reconstruction of objects.

Of the total of 253 objects, for 183 (72.3%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 70 (27.7%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 379 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 36 520 m².
