The number of issued building permits in April 2010 is 233

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 233 building permits were issued in April 2010, which is 11.4% less than the same month last year. According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 2 102 581 thousand denars, which is 9.3% less than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 184 (79.0%) are for buildings, 23 (9.9%) are for civil engineering objects, and 26 (11.1%) are for reconstruction of objects.

Of the total of 233 objects, for 183 (78.5%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 50 (21.5%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 662 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 47 905 m².
