The number of issued building permits in March 2010 increased by 10.5%

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 295 building permits were issued in March 2010, which is 10.5% more than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 3 197 386 thousand denars, which is 31.4% more than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 180 (61.0%) are for buildings, 53 (18.0%) are for civil engineering objects, and 62 (21.0%) are for reconstruction of objects.

Of the total of 295 objects, for 181 (61.4%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 114 (38.6%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 248 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 24 566 m².
