Number of issued building permits, September 2011

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 212 building permits were issued in September 2011, which was 20.9% less than the same month of the previous year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions was 2 747 139 thousand denars, which was 10.2% less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 165 (77.8%) are for buildings, 25 (11.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 22 (10.4%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 212 structures, for 153 (72.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 59 (27.8%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 676 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 53 221 m².
