The number of issued building permits in February 2010 is 212

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 212 building permits were issued in February 2010, which is 9.0% less than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 159 (75.0%) are for buildings, 16 (7.5%) are for civil engineering objects, and 37 (17.5%) are for reconstruction of objects.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 1 976 193 thousand denars, which is for 12.5% more than the same month last year.

Of the total of 212 objects, for 175 (82.5%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 37 (17.5%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the referent period, 300 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 26 531 m².
