The number of issued building permits in January 2010 is 154

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 154 building permits were issued in January 2010, which is 34.7% less than the same month last year. Of the total number of issued building permits, 123 (79.9%) are for buildings, 10 (6.5%) are for civil engineering objects, and 21 (13.6%) are for reconstruction of objects. According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the objects is 1 026 006 thousand denars, which is 46.5% less than the same month last year.

Of the total of 154 objects, for 122 (79.2%) objects the investors are private persons, and for 32 (20.8%) objects the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 195 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 17 601 m².
