Number of issued building permits, April 2011

According to the data from the State Statistical Offce, a total of 220 building permits were issued in April 2011, which was 5.6% less than the same month of the previous year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions was 1 401 559 thousand denars, which was 33.3% less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 165 (75.0%) are for buildings, 20 (9.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 35 (15.9%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 220 structures, for 169 (76.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 51 (23.2%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 367 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful foor area of 30 671 m².
