Number of issued building permits, February 2011

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 173 building permits were issued in February 2011, which was 18.4% less than the same month of the previous year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions was 1 424 180 thousand denars, which was 27.9% less than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 132 (76.3%) are for buildings, 14 (8.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 27 (15.6%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 173 structures, for 140 (80.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 33 (19.1%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 376 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 30 036 m².
