According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 241 building permits were issued in November 2010, which is 22.5% less than the same month last year.

According to the issued building permits the expected total value of the constructions is 4 440 852 thousand denars, which is 89.8% more than the same month last year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 176 (73.0%) are for buildings, 24 (10.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 41 (17.0%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 241 structures, for 178 (73.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 63 (26.1%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 822 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 58 329 m².
