According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 173 building permits were issued in April 2020, which was 27.9% less same than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 657 228 thousand denars, which was 31.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 92 (53.2%) are for buildings, 18 (10.4%) are for civil engineering structures and 63 (36.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 173 structures, for 93 (53.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 80 (46.2%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 835 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 62 697 m2.
