According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 219 building permits were issued in March 2020, which was 20.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 729 753 thousand denars, which was 11.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 115 (52.5%) are for buildings, 41 (18.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 63 (28.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 219 structures, for 109 (49.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 110 (50.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 228 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 24 572 m2.
