According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 248 building permits were issued in February 2020, which was 62.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 049 564 thousand denars, which was 158.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 137 (55.2%) are for buildings, 33 (13.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and 78 (31.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 248 structures, for 130 (52.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 118 (47.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 336 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 28 384 m2.
