According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 264 building permits were issued in January 2020, which was 14.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 412 692 thousand denars, which was 15.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 147 (55.7%) are for buildings, 42 (15.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 75 (28.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 264 structures, for 136 (51.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 128 (48.5%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 571 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 47 841 m2.
