According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 243 building permits were issued in November 2019, which was 16.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 469 671 thousand denars, which was 16.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 145 (59.7%) are for buildings, 28 (11.5%) are for civil engineering structures, and 70 (28.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 243 structures, for 160 (65.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 83 (34.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 786 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 54 775 m2.
