According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 308 building permits were issued in October 2019, which was 11.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 760 827 thousand denars, which was 35.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 151 (49.0%) are for buildings, 43 (14.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 114 (37.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 308 structures, for 180 (58.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 128 (41.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 562 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 50 294 m2.
