According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 214 building permits were issued in September 2019, which was 2.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 988 722 thousand denars, which was 3.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 122 (57.0%) are for buildings, 25 (11.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 67 (31.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 214 structures, for 140 (65.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 74 (34.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 176 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 20 383 m2.
