According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 210 building permits were issued in August 2019, which was 9.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 326 990 thousand denars, which was 53.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 136 (64.8%) are for buildings, 18 (8.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 56 (26.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 210 structures, for 145 (69.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 65 (30.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 278 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 24 728 m2.
