According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 284 building permits were issued in July 2019, which was 2.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 735 790 thousand denars, which was 1.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 180 (63.4%) are for buildings, 40 (14.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 64 (22.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 284 structures, for 189 (66.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 95 (33.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 1 184 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 80 512 m2
