According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 202 building permits were issued in June 2019, which was 1.5% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 269 468 thousand denars, which was 23.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 128 (63.4%) are for buildings, 26 (12.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 48 (23.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 202 structures, for 124 (61.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 78 (38.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 516 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 34 471 m2.
