According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 222 building permits were issued in May 2019, which was at the same level as the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 983 177 thousand denars, which was 12.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 135 (60.8%) are for buildings, 37 (16.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 50 (22.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 222 structures, for 136 (61.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 86 (38.7%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 463 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 39 499 m2.
