According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 240 building permits were issued in April 2019, which was 3.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 309 660 thousand denars, which was 14.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 122 (50.8%) are for buildings, 35 (14.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 83 (34.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 240 structures, for 122 (50.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 118 (49.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 391 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 28 249 m2.
