According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 277 building permits were issued in March 2019, which was 56.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 074 693 thousand denars, which was 32.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 106 (38.3%) are for buildings, 35 (12.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 136 (49.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 277 structures, for 125 (45.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 152 (54.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 276 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 28 520 m2.
