According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 153 building permits were issued in February 2019, which was 13.6% less than the same month of the previous year. According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 181 458 thousand denars, which was 49.1% less than the same month of the previous year. Of the total number of issued building permits, 81 (52.9%) are for buildings, 26 (17.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 46 (30.1%) are for reconstructions. Of the total of 153 structures, for 83 (54.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 70 (45.8%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 123 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 13 404 m2.
