Issued building permits, January 2019

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 307 building permits were issued in January 2019, which was 62.4%
more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 055 602 thousand denars, which was
68.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 157 (51.1%) are for buildings, 59 (19.2%) are for civil engineering structures, and 91
(29.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 307 structures, for 175 (57.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 132 (43.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 810 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 60 233 m² .
