Issued building permits, December 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 292 building permits were issued in December 2018, which was 13.6%
more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 8 519 871 thousand denars, which was
392.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 172 (58.9%) are for buildings, 42 (14.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 78
(26.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 292 structures, for 185 (63.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 107 (36.6%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 331 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 37 669 m² .
