According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 292 building permits were issued in November 2018, which was 27.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 942 350 thousand denars, which was 80.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 144 (49.3%) are for buildings, 52 (17.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 96 (32.9%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 292 structures, for 167 (57.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 125 (42.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 717 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 47 289 m2.
