Issued building permits, October 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 276 building permits were issued in October 2018, which was 31.0%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 815 745 thousand denars, which was
45.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 158 (57.2%) are for buildings, 48 (17.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 70
(25.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 276 structures, for 157 (56.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 119 (43.1%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 1 591 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 116 486 m².
