According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 219 building permits were issued in September 2018, which was 1.4% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 051 068 thousand denars, which was 42.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 130 (59.3%) are for buildings, 24 (11.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 65 (29.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 219 structures, for 149 (68.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 70 (32.0%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 495 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 43 895 m2.
