Issued building permits, August 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 192 building permits were issued in August 2018, which was 17.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 513 987 thousand denars, which was
52.4% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 102 (53.1%) are for buildings, 30 (15.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 60
(31.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 192 structures, for 127 (66.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 65 (33.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 285 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 24 783 m².
