According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 276 building permits were issued in July 2018, which was 34.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 671 709 thousand denars, which was 200.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 146 (52.9%) are for buildings, 39 (14.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 91 (33.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 276 structures, for 161 (58.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 115 (41.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 648 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 53 243 m2.
