According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 529 344 thousand denars, which was 4.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 116 (52.2%) are for buildings, 41 (18.5%) are for civil engineering structures, and 65 (29.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 222 structures, for 116 (52.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 106 (47.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 477 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 38 951 m2.
