According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 249 building permits were issued in April 2018, which was 3.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 214 781 thousand denars, which was 73.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 134 (53.8%) are for buildings, 44 (17.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 71 (28.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 249 structures, for 161 (64.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 88 (35.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 965 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 62 340 m2.
