Issued building permits, March 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 211 building permits were issued in March 2018, which was 45.1% less
than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 678 288 thousand denars, which was
76.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
The lower amount of the expected value is due to the fact that in the previous period a permit was issued for main pipeline Section 2
Negotino (Kavadarci) - Bitola.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 119 (56.4%) are for buildings, 35 (16.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 57
(27.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 211 structures, for 116 (55.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 95 (45.0%) structures the investors are business
entities.
In the reference period, 342 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 27 398 m² .
