Issued building permits, February 2018

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 177 building permits were issued in February 2018, which was 51.2%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 319 609 thousand denars, which was
63.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
The lower amount of the expected value is due to the fact that in the previous period a permit was issued for main hotwater pipeline
in the Pelagonia Region.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 119 (67.2%) are for buildings, 22 (12.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 36
(20.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 177 structures, for 123 (69.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 54 (30.5%) structures the investors are business
entities.
In the reference period, 610 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 46 493 m².
