According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 257 building permits were issued in December 2017, which was 22.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 730 156 thousand denars, which was 76.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 155 (60.3%) are for buildings, 19 (7.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 83 (32.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 257 structures, for 184 (71.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 73 (28.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 209 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 25 413 m2.
