According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 229 building permits were issued in November 2017, which was 36.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 633 303 thousand denars, which was 72.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 140 (61.1%) are for buildings, 16 (7.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 73 (31.9%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 229 structures, for 168 (73.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 61 (26.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 306 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 29 819 m2.
