According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 400 building permits were issued in October 2017, which was 37.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 991 579 thousand denars, which was 41.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 245 (61.3%) are for buildings, 38 (9.5%) are for civil engineering structures, and 117 (29.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 400 structures, for 282 (70.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 118 (29.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 929 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 74 963 m2.
