According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 232 building permits were issued in August 2017, which was 6.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 182 494 thousand denars, which was 23.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 154 (66.4%) are for buildings, 20 (8.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 58 (25.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 232 structures, for 161 (69.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 71 (30.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 559 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 45 011 m2.
