According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 205 building permits were issued in July 2017, which was 19.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 554 923 thousand denars, which was 55.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 124 (60.5%) are for buildings, 24 (11.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 57 (27.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 205 structures, for 134 (65.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 71 (34.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 210 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 19 748 m2.
