According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 241 building permits were issued in May 2017, which was 17.5%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 683 276 thousand denars, which
was 25.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 133 (55.2%) are for buildings, 39 (16.2%) are for civil engineering structures, and
69 (28.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 241 structures, for 135 (56.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 106 (44.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 1 078 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 79 477 m² .
