According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 384 building permits were issued in March 2017, which was 95.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 995 016 thousand denars, which was 139.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 232 (60.4%) are for buildings, 63 (16.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 89 (23.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 384 structures, for 245 (63.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 139 (36.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 929 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 75 886 m².
