According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 363 building permits were issued in February 2017, which was 8.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 369 524 thousand denars, which was 8.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 265 (73.0%) are for buildings, 25 (6.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 73 (20.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 363 structures, for 280 (77.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 83 (22.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 705 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 72 177 m2.
