According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 333 building permits were issued in December 2016, which was
0.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 7 433 793 thousand denars, which
was 52.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 199 (59.8%) are for buildings, 39 (11.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and
95 (28.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 333 structures, for 221 (66.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 112 (33.6%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 419 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 41 887 m².
