According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 363 building permits were issued in November 2016, which was
14.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 030 217 thousand denars, which
was 0.8% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 219 (60.3%) are for buildings, 54 (14.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and
90 (24.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 363 structures, for 239 (65.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 124 (34.2%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 985 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 86 342 m².
