According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 291 building permits were issued in October 2016, which was 10.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 824 182 thousand denars, which was 44.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 187 (64.3%) are for buildings, 36 (12.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 68 (23.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 291 structure, for 193 (66.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 98 (33.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 675 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 52 163 m2.
